#DaftPunk gets the love that #ChemicalBrothers rightly deserve. The Chems are definitely revered but in not quite the same way Daft Punk is. Daft Punk got their start as indie rockers on Stereolab’s #Duphonic label while the Dust Brothers were learning to move crowds as a DJ duo at The Heavenly Social which is something you hear ring true in every Chemical Brothers set/album/etc. Such a pure representation of the UK dance floor sound from Balearic, to house, UK techno and of course breaks.
