I watched yesterday's Pulvertaft Webinar on "why hand surgery is a failure" by our trustee Prof Dom Furniss. I highly recommend it if you want to hear about his research! The Dupuytren part starts at 29 minutes in, but the thumb osteoarthritis and carpal tunnel/ trigger finger research he explains before that is also fascinating.
