I tried to make mayonnaise today (for the first time in 10+ years) and somehow messed it up… oops! Not sure where I went wrong.
However… I made a #DutchBaby for #breakfast and it turned out really well! We topped it with bananas and powdered sugar. Kids and grown ups liked it - it was everyone’s first time trying it. My teen wants to have it every weekend now! 😂

Basically, a hunk of topside beef slathered in dijon mustard and salted liberally (cos meat needs it's salt) and then #sousvide for 48 hours. The google photos link is a vid! It's a cheaper cut but the long sous-vide keeps it pink and makes it tender. AND bonus. It's BEEFY.
And what's a #sundayRoast (everyday's a Sunday with a Roast even if it's a Thursday night) without a tall, crispy on the outside, and eggy on the bottom, #yorkshirepudding #dutchbaby
