Heute gibt es ausnahmsweise mal #Jambalaya nicht ausm #dutchoven sondern ganz normal ausm Topf. Keine Lust gehabt heute ständig hin und her zu laufen. Was gibt es bei euch zu Mittag?

Gotta say, I love that thing. Was just about to go hunting for a bargain for more, when a #KickStarter for a company I'd previously backed for an awesome #DutchOven (Misen) came out with a killer deal on nonstick pans. Went with that. They've also been great, but not as good as Hex would be, probably.

I had a lot of potatoes, carrots, and onions in my last #CSA, so I decided to make a pot roast. It turned out fabulous. I followed a recipe from Garden in the Kitchen (https://gardeninthekitchen.com/classic-pot-roast) and used Sancerre Rouge wine for the base. Perfection!
