According to my account info, I've been a Netflix DVD Rental subscriber since 2000 & have rented over 2500 DVDs in the 23 years that I've been a member.

I prefer watching movies on DVD and the termination of the program is a great disappointment. I hope Redbox or some other company takes up the slack.

I'll never subscribe to any steaming service because you never know what will be available & I can't watch what I want to watch, when I want to watch it on such sites.

On the other hand, there are "alternative" websites that I have access to where I can watch pretty much whatever is offered on PPV steaming sites for FREE.

So, by terminating the program, Netflix will be saving me $48/month wc is what I am paying as an "8 DVD at a time" subscriber.

The last current movie in my queue which I will be getting shortly is "Fast X" and I just added the 6 DVD PBS - National Parks series to my queue. Sep 29th is the last day they'll be sending out DVDs.
