This my ultimate hiking nerd handicraft evolution. I have an awesome pack which, due to my stupid boney shoulders and collarbones, just isn’t quite as plush and comfy as I want. So, one $4 kids backpack from the Goodwill + $1 worth of Velcro + some free foam + some hand sewing = luxurious padding extenders for my comfort and happiness.
