In this 4th c. marble epitaph from #Aquileia, the #HolySpirit appears as a dove in a circle of stars from which the waters of baptism flow onto a figure standing in a baptismal font.
The Latin inscription reads: "To an innocent spirit whom the Lord chose. The faithful one rests in peace. 10 days before the kalends of September."
