Seems no Afghan govt dept is fully working except central bank & financial services - full support for moving money in/out & asset-stripping, not so much for feeding people.

My view? #Taliban can't be understood as #Muslims they are more like a US #prosperitycult. Whatever they say, they act like #chaoscapitalists in a #kleptocracy. Honestly? They remind me of #QAnon & #MLM & #GOP.
