1. Going outside. By getting out of the #home and walking about you can #flee from the #media and #news for a short time and hear some #easing calls from #nature such as #wind #waterstreams #birds #wolves and more.
2. Lose calories: Walking can burn calleries. Since it's easy for most to walk, if you do it regularly you will lose #calleries over time.

What is easing?
An easing is a mathematical function that calculates the rate of change of a specific value over a period of time.
The calculations will effect the start, the middle and the end of the animation properties that are being changed.
