Rubí donkey was the only one of the three female donks who didn't have a bonnet during Sunday's #EasterBonnets day, so I felt very guilty when I saw she'd put herself in the naughty corner.

That's why I've promised her that she can open her very own Mastodon account and she can express her own opinions. Coming soon.

Matilde and the mirror.

One thing that struck me today - during the #easterbonnets exercise - was the amount of time both donkeys spent captivated, looking at themselves in the mirror. We have already exchanged thoughts on this among donkey keepers, and no doubt we'll continue the conversation.

Matilde turned her head at different angles to observe herself. This mirror is going to be mounted on the outside of the stable wall for future behaviour observations.
