I know I've mentioned my home cooking of garbanzo beans and navy beans lately for the freezer. Here's one thing I did with the garbanzo beansπππ€€ It was very tasty!

INGREDIENTS:
*3 cups home cooked garbanzo beans, or 2 15oz cans rinsed and drained,
*1 tbsp Hemp seed,
*1/2 cup chopped cucumber,
*1/2 cup chopped onion (I like purple or green onion. I used green this time),
*1/4 cup chopped black olives,
*1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives,
*1/4 cup chopped celery,
*1/4 cup vegan parmesan cheese,
*1/2 cup olive oil,
*4 tbsp balsamic vinegar,
*1/4 tsp dried parsley,
*1/4 tsp onion powder,
*1/2 tbsp fresh chopped basil leaves,
*1/4 tsp dried oregano,
*Salt to taste,
DIRECTIONS:
Pre-cook your garbanzo beans & cool or rinse & drain your canned ones & simply add everything together & chill for a few hours for all the flavors to incorporate ππ #easypeezy
Chef's note: this is really good with chopped red, yellow or orange bell pepper.
