Decided to do a 7-day anti-inflammatory diet to reset after the holidays and this is breakfast. It's the prettiest color and one of the few ways I can eat kale. I'll post the diet in a comment - it's easy. This is actually quite delicious with banana, kale, avocado, chia seeds, almond milk and honey (and yes, I do realize what a great privilege it is to eat like this. #givethanks.
