Ebou presents an “inbox” style view (see also: #Shuttlecraft) of your Mastodon timeline.

Seems like it'll be great for when I want to catch up with a few folks on the tl without looking at what *everyone* I follow was up to over the past n hours.

I’ll release a new #Ebou update later today, and (among other things), it will allow you to change the fontsize from 90% up to 150%.

There’re some places where this shifts the layout a couple of pixels in the wrong direction, but in general it works fine :-) It can be found under MainMenu -> View

Hm… #Ebou by @terhechte doesn't let me enter my own Mastodon instance. That's really sad. 😟

Small steps. I’ve uploaded an alpha version of #Ebou to #TestFlight. It does have some small issues, but none of them dealbreakers (think). Let's hope it goes through review. I still consider this an experiment to see if people like such an interface.

Also, there's a super simple website now. It lists all the missing features and known issues 😅

Ebou is an upcoming Mastodon client for Mac that organises your timeline like an RSS feed reader or foldered email inbox. I've wanted this for a long time. Basically "lists", but by default.

Idea: Button, like #NetNewsWire has, that goes to the "next" unread posts wherever it is, for easy navigation.

Idea: Group people together into folders. Possibly synced with Lists via API.

Ebou really intrigues me (the user interface mimics a messaging app like iMessage).
