@xtexChooser But it still requires DoH between Firefox and DNS server. I know ECH need an encrypted DNS. But why I can't use other way like DNS over TLS? And why I can't set up a local DNS resolver which use DoH/DoT with upstream DNS server and use plaintext with Firefox? It's meaningless to encrypt a connection in the same LAN and even same machine. And it also increases complexity of setting up a local DNS resolver.
