Cari amici del fediverso italiano oggi, nonostante io non sia incline ad usare questo spazio per la mia attività professionale, mi sento comunque di voler condividere con voi questa storia, proprio per la sensibilità che manifestate quotidianamente verso certi temi.

Dal 1996 mi occupo di web, con altri 2 soci gestivamo una piccola Web Agency di provincia e si faticava ad andare avanti, serviva una svolta... Che trovammo finalmente nel 2013, aprendo uno dei primi shop online di sigarette elettroniche.

Era l'idea giusta, il sito iniziò a crescere dal primo giorno, si resero necessari i primi dipendenti, traslochi in locali sempre più grandi, magazzini pieni di merce, uffici con tanti giovani pieni di idee... Finalmente, dopo anni di sacrifici un sogno che si avvera: fai il lavoro che sogni, in tempi di crisi riesci a creare dal nulla posti di lavoro e, ciliegina sulla torta, stai anche compiendo una missione bellissima: FAR SMETTERE LA GENTE DI FUMARE!

Decine di migliaia di persone hanno smesso senza patemi grazie alla nostra azienda, addirittura ha smesso un vizioso come me, senza accorgermene!

In un paese normale senza ombra di dubbio un azienda modello, quasi da case study.

Tutto bellissimo no? NO!

Perché siamo in Italia ovviamente, e potete benissimo immaginare quali equilibri consolidati è andato a toccare uno strumento rivoluzionario come l'ecig. Settore tabacchi, accise di stato, multinazionali, sanità, agenzia dogane e monopolio, unione europea... Davide contro Golia. Sono stati 10 anni di lotte continue, ribaltoni, leggi, regolamenti, divieti.

Non è mai stato possibile programmare l'attività aziendale per più di 3 mesi, ogni anno con la legge di bilancio (e non solo) cambiava tutto nel giro di pochi giorni.

Per tutto il 2018 ad esempio, abbiamo subito un crollo dell'80% del fatturato (ed io personalmente ho perso 15kg per esaurimento nervoso) per una legge assurda poi di nuovo modificata l'anno successivo... Un'indecenza.

Nonostante tutto, dalla soffitta del 2013 siamo arrivati fino ad oggi con una 30ina di dipendenti, un capannone e diversi locali di proprietà e tanto amaro in bocca per quello che sarebbe potuto essere: il nostro equivalente francese, nato e cresciuto nel nostro stesso periodo, oggi, senza le rotture di coglioni dello stato francese, è un colosso da centinaia di milioni di fatturato.

Purtroppo non è finita qui: la FIT (federazione italiana tabaccai) dopo averci preso in giro per anni ora ha fiutato l'affare e lo vuole tutto per sé. Noi siamo stati gli apripista di business che ora, dalle dichiarazioni pubbliche del loro presidente, deve continuare in esclusiva nelle loro rivendite e noi DOBBIAMO CHIUDERE.

È in votazione in questi giorni un emendamento alla legge delega fiscale che ci manda tutti a casa.

Top tip if you want a free lipo battery, the "disposable" e cig have a cylindrical shape lipo in them. The 2 I've found recently have had 300mah and a 550mah battery in them #lipo #ecig
