Die Tatsache, daß das #Ecodesign-Gesetz _jetzt_ eingeführt werden soll, um Produkte mit geplanter Obsoleszenz zu verbieten, zeight halt auch, daß selbige bislang erlaubt war (und nicht z.B. als Betrug gewertet wurde) und auch eingesetzt wurde, _ohne_ daß der Markt das geregelt hat (was er aus Sicht der Neoliberalys hätte tun sollen).
