I'm an #economist and applied #econometrician, studying #education, #healthcare, and #discrimination, among some other things. On the 'metrics side I am especially fond of #instrumentalvariables (should be a hashtag if it isn't)

Formally, I'm an assistant professor of economics at #Brown, a faculty research fellow at #NBER, and a soon-to-be editor at #restat. Sometimes I teach online #mixtape courses

I've been known to enjoy a good shitpost, along with research + metrics stuff

I also love animals, baseball, and humor.
