Wait for it ... and yet he's still there!
As I posted a few days ago, Zuckerberg needs to answer 2 business questions:
1. Why do we exist?
2. Why should anyone care?
Efficiency isn't the problem. Zuckerberg, stale management, and stale ideas are the problem.
Throw in useless Board of Director oversight as likely a problem as well.
