Back from #ecprgc23 in Prague, my first #ecpr general conference! Had to leave a day earlier than expected due to Friday’s strike at Italian airports. Yet, the time spent with friends, colleagues, and new faces was amazing.

Kudos to the organizers for pulling off such a huge event. Grateful to the “Public Opinion and Voting Behaviour in a Comparative Perspective” Standing Group for the chance to discuss my research.

The only downside: didn’t get to explore the city as much as it deserves.

I have had the pleasure of attending and teaching at the ECPR Summer School on Political Parties at University of Duisburg, NRW School of Governance, organized by Kristina Weissenbach & team. 🫀 764 #ECPR patients had limb complications, 17% developed acute compartment syndrome
🔪 63% of these had fasciotomies, 11% amputations
