When I was 19 I had a job cleaning a club at night and the old guy I worked with played the overnight jazz and blues DJ from the local public station. That's when I first heard this and I've loved it ever since.
Since I've recovered my old 2013 iPad as a music player this has been one of my main choices, especially Kaftan and Kathleen's Theme. There's even a video of this show out there.

26 followers · 2 posts · Server postchat.ioListening to Swiss Movement, Les McCann & Eddie Harris, 1969. “Compared to What” is great, “Cold Duck Time” is a classic, but the rest of the album is superb as well. Eddie Harris shows such range - one reason I think he’s underrated in the serious jazz world.
