learning to learn is a thing. learning cause you like learning is a thing. learning cause it’s fun is a thing.

learning shouldn’t be torture. it doesn’t have to be hard. in fact it shouldn’t be. you don’t need to be “good at anything” you can be good at learning.

the culture of the “education industry” (in the United States) has created many myths 1) learning has to be difficult and 2) you have to “be good at” something.

this is crap. it’s the specialist culture that separates knowledge into silos

it doesn’t stop there.

#knowledge or people that don’t specialize are devalued, undervalued, discounted, and dismissed.

i learn cause i love it. i study a topic until i get bored. i do a things if it’s fulfilling or fun.
