Frankly, I didn't expect to like #EEAAO as much as I did (I've become very distrustful of the Academy), but even if the interpersonal drama is somewhat "simple", the way it unfolds is just elegant and well developed. It's also funny, which gives it some rest from the drama, and all the crazy action made it something that I wish I had seen at the big screen.
It's also incredible that most of the movie just happens in *two* places, and yet it feels so dynamic.

I cried a lot today so decided to put on some makeup when I went out for a dinner with our friend’s mother (meeting her for the first time). We were also going to watch #EEAAO so I knew I was gonna cry more. Like, it’s my second time round so I knew what to do. Brought my own tissues.

Finally saw #EEAAO. That was amazingly good. Thank you all for keeping discussions pretty spoiler free — I had little idea what it would be like.

Equal parts funny, clever, and heartfelt... and looked super neat too. The acting really deserved the recognition it got. Wow.

If I where the specific type of Asian-American that absolutely loved and identified with #EEAAO plus would like to describe to my friends what the climate crisis does and how decisive we should react, I would use this slogan in conversation.

I am not so this mild idea tipping into irritating people when applied to often will never blossom. Shame.

I watched The Daniels first movie Swiss Army Man again tonight and it made me laugh just as much as in the theater! I'm excited that they got a bunch of Oscars and can't wait to see what they do next!
