There’s discrimination in the hiring process for those w/ disabilities under the neurodivergent spectrum.
I was honest about my disability and asked for feedback after the interview. Instead of a reply, someone from HR called to gaslight me. No feedback for growth was offered. Her claims were also inconsistent with the job listing that I saved.
This employer claims to commit to community & equity, while being noninclusive to a qualified candidate with tacit knowledge of the students that they aim to serve.

In my EEOC complaint and speaking with an attorney, they were shocked that I didn't want the white men who bullied me to be punished or fired. I told them that ultimately they were playing a role assigned by the system to avoid being targeted next. It doesn't excuse their behavior but when all systems and people in power collude accusing you of wanting revenge, you cannot let them create false narratives that hide the structural power relationships between groups and systems. #EEOC #bullying
