Made egg cups for the breakfast for the next few days. These particular ones are 1 point if you're doing WW. (At least for me.)
- Spray muffin pan with PAM. Layer in - 1 slice bacon, one cracked egg per cup. Sprinkle with pepper, salt, and 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (divided up). Top with diced baby tomatoes (about 3/4 a cup to do the whole pan), and then chives to taste. Bake at 400F for 20.

A feast of eggs for me today
For breakfast and for dinner too
Their yolks are little yellow sun rays
A savory delight to chew
These eggs are from the farmyard, over way
A treat to start and end the day
I think it won’t go far to say
