Hey all! Was spending the day with my brother so I am a little late with post uploads. Anyways I thought I would start out by showing you the #eggsBenedict I made for #breakfast. They are really yummy and I use a vegan #hollandaise sauce for the topping. A lot more forgiving than the traditional one and IMHO tastes even better. Eggs are regular poached eggs on a bed of black forest ham and ciabatta.
