Think I've found my new favourite #Parkrun - Lews Castle is an amazing route and a great place for my 200th run and 50th location milestone. Kept stopping to take pictures of the scenery, but still managed to finish first in my age group (also last in my age group...) New Valley Haar.
My pal lives overlooking a narrow valley on #IsleofLewis, and sometimes late on a summers night a haar rolls in up the wee river and hangs low over the valley floor creating a cool spooky effect
