Agreed. I had to take 6 weeks of work a few years back due to RSI from my old mouse.

I've been using trackballs for the last two years or so and the difference is amazing. I've got both an #ElecomHuge and an #ElecomDeftPro (it's smaller so it's my portable option).
I've been keen on playing with a #Gameball but can't justify it just yet.
