I am voting by mail in the upcoming byelection. They need a new picture of how to put your ballot together. It doesn't look like what they send you. You need scissors to make your ballot look like theirs because the paper isn't perforated. More important they show the voter confirmation card going into the return envelope the wrong way around. No mention that the address of the returning office needs to appear in the window. ( Can you tell I used to work in QA?) #electionsontario
