Night music on a dark and stormy night: deep blues with Tracy Nelson and Mother Earth doing Memphis Slim's Mother Earth with an assist from Mike Bloomfield on slide guitar. Nelson has a truly wonderful voice (saw her years ago alongside Irma Thomas and Marcia Ball... wow) but too ofter her material just sucks... Not here.
