Decided to go with macaroni cheese for dinner.

Made a lovely bechamel sauce, cheddar and Parmesan cheese with Dijon mustard, freshly grated nutmeg, and black pepper.

And in a big indulgence, I’m running the oven for just one thing, to brown extra cheese over the tomatoes on top.

Oh, the extravagance!
