They worked, too (although one unit's "hose retractor" cord was broken...looked like vandalism, unfortunately).

It's great that #ChargePoint is trying to increase site reliability, but in my experience they are nowhere near the biggest problem compared to #ElectrifyAmerica and #EvGO (to a lesser degree). That seems to align with the regular reports from #RateYourCharge as well. I find ChargePoint units are usually up and producing full power, though they tend to be lower powered than other #DCFC chargers.

I’m sure the Tesla guys there were pissed I was blocking a second charger next to me but it was so nice to get that speed starting at 33% soc. At all the #electrifyamerica charges I haven’t seen my top charging speed once. I even started around 10% and couldn’t get it. Top #Tesla charging is more expensive.

We've drove 2k miles in the new #EV this month and with #VW we got three free years of charging with #ElectrifyAmerica
I've saved around $500 this month just in fuel. And I've got a three year buffer to get my #solar setup in place.

Admittedly, I was an #EV skeptic, but this experience has fully converted me to the #ElectrifyEverything movement.

You know, the "North American Charging Standard" - so standard that literally only one manufacturer uses it!
Now Ford has signed on, and I can only imagine what kind of sordid back room dealing led to that agreement.
I'm not normally the conspiracy theorist type, but I really do think it's plausible that #ElectrifyAmerica's main mission is to delay EV adoption. If it wasn't for all their own-goals, NACS would be dead in the water...

I think I had read about this new #ElectrifyAmerica station in Kettleman City. 10 stalls, all 350kW. One has a CHAdeMO plug. One connector on the rest that has a long cable with a retractable holding wire like gas stations do. Makes it easier to each any port configuration but you probably still need to back in if your plug is in the back.
