I did a mere 45 miles up Prospect Mountain from Queensbury, NY (around Lake George too) and ended up thinking I was going to die once I got in from the sun. I spent all night in an extreme exercise fever, with breathing issues. Let's just say that this heat exhaustion felt so much worse than COVID. Take care.
