"Another feature of the Tower Building is a three-faced clock on the east corner of the two-story base, a tradition carried over from the orignial building of the Home National Bank, whose slogan was "The Bank with the Clock." Each face of the electronic, 400-pound clock is three square feet. The clock sits within a copper case with copper and bronze ornamentation."
