#ElizabethMay and Jonathan #Pedneault trust that Canadians are smart enough to understand co-leadership. I think I understand, but I have strong doubts.
I am worried, if not implemented right, this could easily become a way to try to designate and then massively advantage one's successor. That is not acceptable.
Most of all, what are we going to do when a bitter dispute occurs between co-leaders? Just hope everyone is mature, responsible, & respectful? 😟

My sense is that even if she manages to stop the internecine conflicts, May's return also underlines that the #GreenParty can't stand without her. It's an admission that the #GPC isn't capable of governing itself, let alone Canada.
Her opposition to #BDS and her use of threats to resign from the leadership and party are disqualifying for me. 😢

The federal council was presumably picked by the same members who picked Ms. Paul, so it would be surprising if they are largely bigots. Also, given #ElizabethMay headed the #GreenParty for years, I doubt the party leadership is misogynist.
