I could use some help from #mushroom #foragers. I have never foraged mushrooms, but have this amazing cluster of what I’m pretty sure are #ElmOysterMushrooms half way up my elm tree in #YQR #saskatchewan. If you’re a mushroom forager, can you confirm for me that these are safe to eat? (Don’t worry. I’m checking other sources too, but figured there would be foraging folks on Mastodon who could help.)
