Friends who get be it or otherwise: Do you feel like you have enough healthy coping mechanisms? Are you comfortable sharing some? For me, one that I try to use a lot is to simply disappear. Excuse myself to a bathroom or somewhere otherwise safe to in until I can "hear myself think" again. also has been promising, but sometimes doesn't act as fast as necessary in social situations. I think I've seen this called to before
