This is a detail of my liver #anatomy #embroidery, tethered by fluid & ligaments (2023). I used silk organza for the 4 lobes of the liver so the biliary system could be seen inside them. #SciArt

wip #embroidery #needlework fully outlined, may add a little edge fill to the crows, but they are intended to stay as needle sketches. After a warm rinse to lift the soluble transfer paper ("Sulky Sticky Fabri-Solvy"). Now drying. Will be used as a front decoration on a patchwork project keeper.
