Yes, I've seen #WakandaForever 5 times now, 3 times in a #theater.

It really holds up because it is good to great in every way a movie can possibly be.

It's not perfect but it is damn good, real quality #cinema.

I only kinda teared up three times this viewing, so the emotional gutting has eased for me.

This is a #superhero #movie for people who hate superhero movies. It really is that good as #entertainment and #art, #visually, #emotionally, and #sonically.

As much as I really enjoyed having a day out, I have to admit it’s #drained me. I’m smiling about it but I’m #emotionally and #physically #zapped. Might need to build up #endurance for this sort of thing. #ActuallyAutistic #butnout

Having a privilege does not, in any way, equate to things being easy for you. It does equate to it being easier than for someone without that privilege. So, having a wheelchair if you can’t walk is a privilege but in a society where wheelchair access isn’t mandated or well planned out, it’s not necessarily an easy option either.

A family friend came by today and left bawling. I was like "dude, you have *lived* here, just down the street. How on earth haven't you said what you need to say before NOW? It's been TEN YEARS."

The answer is that the individual, like many boomers, is #emotionally stunted and has never accepted #aging or #mortality, and here it was staring them in the eyes.

The number of people I know who were #mentally and #emotionally #damaged by a mutual former #boss is ridiculous.
I met a former manager for lunch recently. Without fail, we started reminiscing about our shared past #trauma working for this jerk.
A few weeks back my wife and I met with with another friend who also worked at the same company. We spent the evening talking through our shared trauma as well.
This is why it’s important to work for good people. You may need #therapy later otherwise.

don't have #kids so someone will take care of you when you're old.

if you do have kids, & if you truly love them, prepare for your own #eldercare, & set them free.

if you were raised in an abusive environment, or suffered #childhood with #emotionally immature #parents, do not... DO NOT do #eldercare for your first bullies.

if you can't escape being a #caregiver, then get a long-term insurance plan, one that pays for in-home help, & use it for respite
