“Empanadas de Calabaza”, which I suppose translates into “Pumpkin Turnovers” or “Pumpkin Pasties”. They’re sweet but not overly so, and have a bread-like shell that doesn’t easily flake or crumble, so, you know, portable. They’re great alone, or with milk or coffee, and quite addictive, and … ‘scuse me, I gotta put on my shoes and head over to the nearest #Mexican #pastry shop.
