Does anyone else feel easily overwhelmed by another persons bad mood? Even if they’re quiet or not acting out, you just feel the waves of roiling frustration wafting off them? Is this an thing? Or ? The longer it goes on, or the more frequent it is the worse it gets for me. It’s exhausting. Any advice out there?

I want to reiterate the end of my last thread without the TW as I feel it’s important.

It’s so easy to choose to be mean & hateful in this world. Sometimes I feel it’s damn near encouraged.

Let’s all lean into more. That doesn’t mean we need to be pushovers. We can have strong boundaries and high standards & certain expectations on what we will and won’t allow in our lives.

But we can still be and .
