Got my jersey yesterday, what I great time we had riding the #ErieCanalwayTrail and #HudsonValleytrail sections of the #empirestatetrail earlier this summer. What a great set of memories and I get to celebrate every time I put it on.

Has anyone any experience of cycling this trail please? Looking at the satellite view it looks quite forested and I was wondering just how much was just cycling through woods for days on end!

Posted up another 50km skate on the Albany-Hudson Electric Trail (#EmpireStateTrail) Saturday afternoon, mostly just doing laps on the 2.5-mile "flats" south of Nassau. Nowhere near as brutal as Thursday's skate, but the last 2-3 miles were pretty tough. I need to get back into shape. #InlineSkating
