Called the Flex Index, the database is using standard terminology such as “fully remote” or “specific days/week” to try and catalog types of #RemoteWork set-ups culled from #EmployeeSurveys, #career web sites and #JobPostings to make #employers’ flexible #WorkPolicies searchable and help #JobSeekers.
