One of the key things to remember here is that mental health difficulties are covered by the Equality Act 2010 as long-term and substantive difficulties will class the mental health difficulties as a disability.

In Oregon at least, when you have a drivers license & your reliable vehicle is a bicycle & the bus, but you don't own a car, then auto insurers have no policy to offer you (I've tried to get it).
