The amount of job adverts in the social media sector I see with 'Competitive' or even worse, 'Excellent' salary is really infuriating. 😤

New York recently passed a Job Salary Transparency Law so that all businesses or employers have to list “good faith” salary ranges for any posting for a new job, promotion or transfer opportunity for positions.

When can we get that passed over here in the UK? 🙏
