Good, does it start at 15% of the yearly #rentalIncome and go up to 50%. That ought to flush homes into people's possession (rather than the ownership of #privateEquity such as BlackStones etc)

An #emptyHomes policy might come next but they are more complex. We understand #localCouncil's are better positioned to deal with empty homes issues.

There were 80,000 empty homes in #Australia. Years ago before the #constructionBoom we didn't need.

But let's all close our eyes and enjoy the #falseChoice served to us.

Its a bit eerie that noone seems to be talking about it.

#Democracy must continue throughout #COVID19. The #DNC should be letterboxing #paperBallots that the voter wraps in authenication envelopes to homes. This is how #voteFromHome works in #Australia. Those who are homeless should be provided #emptyHomes at this time.
