Transcoding is the process of taking already digital video and converting it to a different format to make it more accessible to different audiences and platforms.

This agrees with the literature on psoriasis pathways, but, importantly, underlying genomic variants and regulatory elements remain to be characterized, calling for an important application of #ENCODE and #epigenetic data in combination with #CRISPR and #singlecell work.

Assume there's a way to #encode a brain's information into #bytes, a way to encode these bytes into #DNA, and both functions have inverses (with some acceptable loss of data). How big should be such a DNA?
