@kubikpixel @Stark9837 #Encrypting #passwords doesn't get better because you use a library someone else has written to implement the #encryption.

Salted slow #hashing for passwords, yes. (Again, with the exception of #PasswordManagers where passwords really need to be stored securely in a reversible fashion.) But then you still aren't doing #encryption, you're doing #hashing, which was the point of my previous post.

with Native API you can change #Process Memory very simple and i tested simple c# code to Convert payload #inmemory before running payload also after running payload with delay so In-memory every 60 secs only once RAW payload will run in memory and this code still needs to test but i did not have any error in Server-side or client-side and #Cobaltstrike commands worked very well but still needs to work on this code (this code just was for test),
btw code was not Detected by Kaspersky so i can say KASPERSKY Bypassed again ;D
anyway #Encrypting or #obfuscating in-memory can help you sometimes ;)

@securopean it’s worth reminding that #1password got dinged years ago for not #encrypting #metadata in #vaults, too. But I’m not sure it was the focus of a breach either. It surprises me to hear #lastpass fell prey to this now.

If you run your own server, you should consider #encrypting your drives at the partition/volume level (LUKS, Bitlocker) so that if a drive dies and you have to ship it off for RMA, your data can't be recovered and picked through by whoever services the drive. #privacy #security

My #laptop #PC runs #Linux because the internal #storage for #mobile devices should be #encrypted by default in case it gets stolen, and Linux has built-in support for #encrypting the boot drive. With #Windows if you want native drive #encryption you have to pay an extra $100 for the "Pro" version and if you opt for something like #Veracrypt Windows will overwrite the Veracrypt bootloader when it updates so you have to keep a rescue disc ready to reinstall the bootloader. #security #privacy
