For years I thought Software Engineers would be some of the last jobs to be automated away. Then I learned Electrical engineering and Mechanical engineering. Then ChatGPT went online. I now realize the Software Engineers will be the first to go, then AI and ML will bridge the gap from the digital world to the mechanical world by making better robots. The end of work is neigh!
