I'm taking L-arginine, with L-lysine to help prevent the potential herpes outbreaks

Also I'm taking Vitamin C with the L-arginine (so I get both the NO if I need it, plus antioxidants to deal with possible oxidative stress from my body using so much NO) and it's working much better for me in combination. YMMV.
