I think it was in the winter of 2019/2020 when I already started turning the thermostat back to a max. 17 degrees. Last year I turned it down even further to 15 and since this fall I set the thermostat to 10! Waiting until warmth drops to 13 degrees C. Extra sweater, thermal emergency blanket, you get used to it, but cozy? 
Today it reached 12.5 C, time to put the heating on… a bit.
